Dobby
He didn’t start life as a dog. He’s just now learning how to become one.
Dobby was dumped on the side of the road after spending his life confined to a crate that was too small for him.
When he came in, his body told the story:
-
Contorted from lack of movement
-
Underweight and physically underdeveloped
-
Wounds from neglect
-
Severe tartar on every tooth—even the front ones (something you don’t normally see in a one-year-old dog)
β
He didn’t grow properly—because he wasn’t given the chance to.

π Where He Is Now
And somehow… he’s still here.
β
Dobby has already:
-
Nearly doubled his weight
-
Started straightening out physically
-
Begun building muscle
-
Shown that he wants to live, learn, and connect
β
He is no longer that broken, shut-down dog.
β
But he’s also not “fixed.” Not even close.β

β οΈ Important Notes
-
Still physically developing
-
Still learning boundaries and behavior
-
Will require time, training, and structure
-
Not a “ready-made” companion
β
π He has a long road ahead—and he needs someone willing to walk it with him.ββ
β
ββββββββββπ‘ Ideal Home
Dobby needs someone who:
-
Understands rehabilitation, not just ownership
-
Can see progress in small wins
-
Has patience for setbacks
-
Wants to shape a life, not just adopt a dogββββββββββ
