As if to confirm it, my real estate agent found a four-leaf clover while we were walking the land, a symbol of luck and hope.

But the moment that sealed it for me was at the entrance to a magical tunnel of trees. There, standing proudly, was a Halloween gravestone decoration. As a lifelong lover of Halloween, I couldn’t help but smile. It felt like a little nudge from the universe, reminding me of the plans I’ve dreamed of—like hosting a haunted trail fundraiser to support the rescue. The alignment of the property’s unique charm and my vision felt nothing short of perfect.
